On March 29, 2022, theTraining Support and Human Resource Development Centre, Ministry of Education and Training,met with Fibo Capital Vietnam to discuss collaboration in building an ecosystem to assist students in starting a business.
Mr. Bui Van Linh, Director of Training Support and Human Resource Development Centre, stated at the meeting, "Among the tasks assigned by the leaders of the Ministry of Education and Training is the important task of implementing training activities, vocational education for students, supporting the training of essential skills, English skills, international integration, innovation, and entrepreneurship for students."
In order to successfully completethe aforementioned tasks, the Center orientate to build an ecosystem to support sustainable developmentincludes many stakeholders, including the supply side, which includes Departments of Education and Training, and universities with a total of roughly 20 million pupils and students; the demand side, which includes agencies, organizations, and enterprises employing domestic and foreign workers; and the other side, there are units that participate in the content of training programs and provide qualified experts.

Based on the assigned functions and tasks, the Center has connected with a number of units of ministries, branches, corporations, and enterprises to exchange information and reach an agreement on cooperation in implementing related activities on training support, human resource supply, vocational education, student employment survey, student internship, and graduate recruitment, etc.
Fibo Capital Vietnam is known as a prestigious unit in the fields of investment and project development, consulting on business development strategy, promoting the potential of business incubators, and securities investment advice, etc. The Center hopes to collaborate in order to coordinate the implementation of a number of programs, such as providing students with start-up skills and innovation; connecting investment funds to evaluate and select good startup projects from winning students through competitions organized by the Ministry of Education and Training for incubation, trial production, copyright registration, or commercialization; and organizing startup competitions to create a creative playgroundfor students nationwide.
