Mr. Bui Van Linh stated at the signing ceremony: In order to do well the tasks assigned by the leaders of the Ministry of Education and Training, Training Support and Human Resource Development Centre is oriented to build an ecosystem to support development sustainability,which includes many stakeholders, such as education and training institutions on the supply side; the demand side are agencies, organizations and enterprises using labor; together with organizations and businesses that are participants in the content of the training program, providing good experts.

Based on the given functions and tasks, the Center has connected with a number of units in the education industry, as well as corporations and businesses, to unite and collaborate in more efficiently performing the aforementioned tasks. Recently, the Center has signed cooperation agreements with several state management agencies, universities, corporations, and enterprises... in order to construct a representative model of the ecosystem's components.
The signing of a memorandum of understanding on cooperation between the Center and four agencies today marks an important milestone, with the goal of strengthening the exploitation of strengths and effectively utilizing each party's capacity to perform well assigned tasks, as well as improving the quality of activities of each party in the future.
In particular, Training Support and Human Resource Development Centre will work with Istar Investment Joint Stock Company to enroll students in training classes for international standardized foreign language certification exam preparation programs such as SAT, ACT, and AP. IELTS... aims to help students improve their English and and enhance their opportunities to access international training programs.
Thadosoft Technology Solution Joint Stock Company will work with the Center to build a Callbot automatic switchboard solution for surveying graduate student employment, career counseling, admissions consulting, and psychological counseling for students all around the country.
The International Golf Sports Training Academy collaborates with the Center to recruit students and organize short-term and long-term training programs, as well as granting elementary, intermediate, and college golf certificates to students nationwide in order to improve students' integration skillsand their ability to find the best job after graduation.
S3 Innovation Academy coordinates STEM education activities for students at all levels, providing STEM education programs in the form of joint program transfer for school teachers to educate students from preschool to high school in educational institutions; and coordinating discussions, conferences, and seminars related to the development of STEM education in schools.
