On the morning of June 28, 2022 in Ho Chi Minh City. The signing ceremony of a cooperation agreement between the Center of Training Support and Human resource development, the Ministry of Education and Training (MOET-TSC Center) and the the Center of Forecasting Manpower Needs and Labor Market Information HCMC  (FALMI) took place in Ho Chi Minh City.                                                                                                                                                                                 Attending the ceremony were Mr. Bui Van Linh - Director of MOET-TSC Center; Mr. Tran Phuong - Head of Research and Forecasting Department of MOET-TSC Center; Ms. Nguyen Hoang Hieu - Director of FALMI Center; Mr. Do Thanh Van - Deputy Director of FALMI Center; Mr. Phan Ky Quan Triet - Deputy Director of FALMI Center.

Speaking at the signing ceremony, Mr. Bui Van Linh - Director of MOET-TSC said: Based on its assigned functions and tasks, the Training Support and Human resource development center has connected with some of units in the Education sector and businesses to agree to cooperate in implementing the above tasks more effectively. The Center has organized many cooperation signing sessions with nearly 45 units, including functional units of ministries, branches, corporations, enterprises and universities. With the advantage of FALMI, MOET-TSC will coordinate to strongly deploy research and forecast human demand for Ho Chi Minh City and whole country; developing and publishing the labor market newsletters to better serve agencies, businesses and society. These information will help high school students and families to access official and political information accurate and updated on human resource needs, new industries in the future…; Higher education institutions will also have more information channels to serve the completion of dossiers to open new training majors.

The signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between the Training Support and Human resource development center and Human Resource Forecasting and Labor Market Information of Ho Chi Minh City (FALMI) marks an important milestone. It is important in building an interdisciplinary cooperation model, synchronously exploiting the strengths of the fields of work, promoting the strengths and potentials of the two sides in the areas of interest.

Both units share the same aim of improving professional skills, international integration for students, solving jobs for graduates and carring out the task of digital transformation and administrative reform in the field of education, training in the spirit of the Resolution of the XIII Congress of the Party and the directives of the Government and the Minister of Education and Training.

At the signing ceremony, Ms. Nguyen Hoang Hieu - Director of FALMI Center expressed her delight at the potential of cooperation, believing that the signing event will open up development opportunities for both sides.
