The Ministry of Education and Training's Training Support and Human Resource Development Centre (MOET-TSC) signed a cooperation agreement with YOOT Technology and Training Joint Stock Company on April 22, 2022, to apply artificial intelligence in vocational education for high school students, to train career skills and to introduce jobs for graduates.
The contents of the cooperation include: deploying the App YOOT platform in surveying students' employment situation after graduation, recruiting connections, career counselling, enrollment counselling, and psychological counselling for students across the country; collaborating to bring smart school management solutions to schools at an affordable price while maintaining quality, efficiency, and benefits.
The two sides will collaborate on activities related to skill training, the supply of IT engineers and high-quality human resources, and ensuring that students are fostered and supplemented with labor-market-relevant knowledge and abilities. YOOT serves as a consultant, offering people in need with content, textbooks, orientation training experts, and a realistic practise environment.
The two sides will work together to raise capital for student projects and start-up ideas, as well as domestic and foreign investment individuals and organisations, to assist projects competing in regional and international competitions. Cooperation also occurs in career counselling - recruiting, enrollment consulting, and participation in online and offline stall chains.
YOOT will assist MOET-TSC in digital transformation by building software that will connect students and businesses. For specific activities, the two parties shall negotiate and agree to adopt detailed agreements to jointly deploy cooperation based on actual needs.
Cooperation content will be implemented between 2022 and 2026. In the coming period, the two sides will continue to research and add more research activities; enhance training and employment support for students and provide human resources; build a startup ecosystem for students; and strengthen the development of high-quality human resources by connecting training and employment.
Mr. Bui Van Linh, Director of MOET-TSC, stated at the signing ceremony: "Since the beginning of the year, the Center has signed cooperation agreements with more than 30 agencies, units, including functional units of ministries, branches, businesses, enterprises, and universities."
The signing of a memorandum of understanding on cooperation between MOET-TSC and YOOT Technology and Training Joint Stock Company to promote information technology, communication, and marketing applications for digital transformation in activities to support training and human resource supply,lookingfor opportunities, the investment fund continues to successfully incubate potential student start-up projects.
Mr. Phan Cong Chinh, Chairman of the Board of Directors and General Director of YOOT Technology and Training Joint Stock Company, expressed his enthusiasm for the future collaboration between the two parties, saying, "The partnership with MOET-TSC represents a new growth step."
