The Training Support and Human Resource Development Centre, Ministry of Education and Training (MOET-TSC) collaborated with the Viet Tri MD Study Abroad Center of the Joint Stock Company for training and human resource development in Vietnam (Viet Tri) to host a symposium on Trends, Opportunities to Study and Work in Japan, as well as a scholarship award ceremony of the Association of Japanese Language Schools in Hanoi on the afternoon of April 24, 2022.
Mr. Hoang Cong Dung, Deputy Director of the Training Support and Human Resource Development Centre; Mr. Bui Hai Tan, Chairman of the Board of Directors and General Director of VietTri Company; Mr. Nakajima Minoru, Director of Tokyo Sakura Gaoka Language Institute; Mr. Kim DongYoung, Chairman of ATI Group; and over 500 students and teachers from across the country attended the seminar.

Dr. Hoang Cong Cong, Deputy Director of the Training Support and Human Resource Development Centre, remarked during the conference. The Ministry of Education and Training has tasked the Centre with organising communication on problems such as career trends, labour market information forecasts, and career counselling both at home and abroad.
Accordingly, the Training Support and Human Resource Development Centre, in partnership with the Viet Tri MD Study Abroad Center, held a seminar titled "Trends, Opportunities to Study and Work in Japan" with the following goals in mind: Introduce training programmes and develop human resources for study and work in Japan; provide information on studyand job prospects in Japan.

During the seminar, students directly listened to a Viet Tri consultant share and introduce the nation, Japanese culture, training programmes, chances to study and work in Japan, programme conditions, and so on. To compensate for the country's shortfall of human resources owing to population ageing, the Japanese government constantly creates the best circumstances and regulations for international students and interns to study and work, according to Mr. Bui Hai Tan, General Director of Viet Tri Company.

The seminar was successfully organised to serve as a bridge for students and parents to share and examine practical information in order to assist them in making their own decisions.
Career counselling for high school students, including foreign career orientation events, aids high school students in making better decisions and planning for future self-development by providing them with helpful, timely, and important information. MOET-TSC will continue to work with high-quality partners in the Centre's ecosystem to reach out to students and parents in the future.
